Located on main road. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Once you walk into the building, it is very spacious and very well maintained. Very big windows. Attendees are very helpful and courteous. Very very limited parking.

This is a safe bus station, I never had an incident. Restrooms always clean. Friendly staff. Those who commented that this is an unsafe place in my opinion a bus station in Chicago is bad inside and the surrounhings. As any city, be alert, act like you know what you want and where you go. I recommend this bud station.

Employees are efficient. It has a small convenience store. The restroom is always clean, unlike its conterparts in Laredo and San Antonio, Texas.

Me and my family always use this bus transport for years always on time and do not slack so with good customer care and WIFI is very good so with watching movies and listening to music, they also have bathroom, not bathtub doe , good care of your luggage, the climet inside the bus is dark and good temperature, you can choose to put the air vent turned to u but one thing that I dont like it's that u have to share the curtain with ur front neighbor from sun light
